ETL9.2: MSS Timesheet Search Page Allows Access To All Employees Vs Direct Reports

Symptoms
It appears when Manager who navigates to Timesheet via MSS >Time Management> Report Time >Timesheet all employees returned after clicking Get Employees. Users are expecting only the Manager’s Direct Reports to appear in the list just like it does when we navigate to the MSS Request Absence Page.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Run Direct Reports Build process
2. Login as Manager and navigate to MSS >Time Management> Report Time >Timesheet.
3. Click on Get Employees. Note All employees returned in the search.
4. Manager navigates to MSS >Time Management> Report Time >Absence Request. Note: only the expected Direct Reports returned in the search.
