Manager Self Service: Empty Position Shows Vacant after Incumbent Filled Position (Doc ID 2067218.1)

Symptoms

With full Position Management enabled, the effective dated position is not updated correctly when "As of Date" is changed. There are 2 entries showing employee in former position & same position number vacant after it has been filled in Manager Self Service Direct Report Listing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Jean Parsons (HCRUSA_KU0003) set to Classic Mode
2. Navigate: Manager Self Service > Job & Personal Info > Terminate Employee
3. Set the "As of Date" to Current Effective Date
4. Identify Open/ Vacant Position in Direct Reports Window
5. Login as PS/ Add Position Change Row to Existing Direct Report into an Existing Vacant Position
6. Transfer an EMPLID = K0MTX001 to Vacant Position
7. Login as Jean Parsons (HCRUSA_KU0003)
8. Set "As of Date" = Effective Date of Position Change
9. For Effective Date of Position Change, the Vacant Position and Former Position Appear in Direct Reports Listing
10. EMPLID = K0MTX001 is Still in Former Position & There is a Vacant Position
