E-MAP/PIA: "RESTListeningConnector: Service() psback cookie has error in format" (Doc ID 2067977.1)

MAP file synch process has been successful.  But when testing the PT MAP initialization URL, images are showing with broken links.

Scenario 2:

On : 8.54.12 version, FSCM 9.2 PUM 17 using Mobile Application Platform (MAP) Approvals

When attempting to Approve a MAP Pending Requisition, as soon as the Approval is submitted the following pop up error occurs on the page
 and When this happens the APPSRV_MMDD.LOG shows the 'VerifyGlobalTokenEqualsContext (SD) failed: User IDs differ' error. When the gateway's errorlog.html is reviewed, there are two more errors

ERRORS
-----------
1. Pop up error on the approvals page:
Error An unexpected error has been encountered. Please contact your administrator.

2. App Server log file shows error as :
VerifyGlobalTokenEqualsContext (SD) failed: User IDs differ

3. Gateway errorlog.html shows:

RESTListningConnector:getJsonTagsByName()
java.lang.Throwable: Invalid Array Size..

and

RESTListeningConnector: Service() psback cookie has error in format !!
java.lang.Exception: psback cookie appears malformed, please check format!!
