Virus scanning is set-up in the PeopleSoft environment. When a user uploads a file that is blocked by the virus scanning software, the user gets a blank popup window instead of getting an explanatory error message.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps, in a Enterprise Portal environment:
1. In a Portal environment, navigate to Content Management -> Managed Content -> Maintain Content.
2. In RTE, click on image.
3. Choose a file and upload.
4. Blank popup mesage returned.
