SERVICE DATE changes in HRMS don’t end up in ELM via an Incremental Sync.
When the initial load is done from the Workforce Fullsync, the Seniority Date and Service Date are loaded into the Attribute table however updates to these fields in HR are not picked up via the incremental sync in the LD_ASYNC App engine, therefore unable for reporting or learner group query criteria
STEPS TO REPLICATE
(1) In HRMS: Added a new JOB Row - modified Department & Benefit Service Date.
(2) Verified in ELM: Person Attribute Staging table contained the modified value (obviously, the Publish from HRMS and the corresponding subscription into ELM worked correctly).
(3) In ELM application: ran the Process Asynchronous Data routine (APP ENGINE: LM_LD_ASYNC)
(4) In ELM application: HR/Job Data now shows modified Department value, but Service Date value is still the original value.
