There is a "Add New Offer" push button available on the "Manager Application" page that allows the user to create a new offer for an applicant even-though there is already a valid offer existing in the system.
STEPS TO REPLICATE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Pickup an applicant who has applied for a job req. When there is no offer created yet
Main menu > Recruiting > Search Applicant > Manage Applicant > Click on Applicant name
2. Select Other Actions > Recruiting Actions > Prepare Job Offer
Prepare offer, submit and approve job offer
3. Go back to the Main menu > Recruiting > Search Applicant > Manage Applicant > Click on Applicant name. Select Other Actions > Recruiting Actions > Prepare Job Offer
*** Note you can only Edit or Delete offer. This is what we would expect to see.
4. Return to previous page. This time click on the “Application” and Select the ‘Offer’ Tab.
Note you see ‘Edit Offer’ plus the ‘Add New Offer’ button
This was not available when there were no offer exists for the applicant, what is the main reason we need “Add New Offer” at this stage?
