Why were so many files delivered in the cbl_unix folder in CS 9 Bundle #39 (Patchset 21378889)? (Doc ID 2069383.1)

In Campus Solutions 9 Bundle #39 (Patchset 21378889) the following files were delivered in the cbl_unix folder...

inasbl12.mak
inasbl13.mak
inasbl14.mak
inasbl15.mak

INASUNCV05.sh
inasuncv06.sh
inasuncv07.sh
inasuncv08.sh
inasuncv09.sh
inasuncv10.sh
inasuncv11.sh
inasuncv12.sh
inasuncv13.sh
inasuncv14.sh
inasuncv15.sh
inasuncv16.sh
inasuncv.sh
inasuren.sh

 

Many of these files, such as inasbl04.mak and inasuncv07.sh are for older Aid Years.  Why were they delivered and does the INAS Cobol need to be compiled for these older Aid Years?
