Selecting class code link from find learning in ELM self-service causing spike on database server
We recently upgraded to ELM 9.2 and have noticed that when an ELM user selects the class code link from the find learning page in employee self-service it is using a lot of CPU and causing a spike on our database server for the sql statement below. It is retrieving all 4,853,309 rows on this view.
SELECT LM_PERSON_ID, LM_ENRLMT_ID, LM_CI_ID, LM_ACT_ID, LM_ACT_REQ, LM_TYPE, LM_STTS, LM_ACT_FEE, TO_CHAR(LM_COMPL_DT,'YYYY-MM-DD'), LM_GRADE_VAL_ID, LM_SCORE, LM_REQUESTOR_ID, LM_EMPL_RCD FROM PS_LM_SS_ACT_VW ORDER BY LM_PERSON_ID, LM_ENRLMT_ID
Component name is LM_LEARNING_ITEMS
Page name is LM_LEARN_ACT_DTL
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as Learner
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Learning> Find Learning
3. When results return, click on Class Code in the results and talks a long time to access the page.
