Fatal Error (undefined) During Login In Campus Mobile When User Allows Push Notifications (Doc ID 2071542.1)

When user installs Campus Mobile from the app store (iOS), they are asked if they want to allow push notifications. If they say Yes, they get a fatal error (undefined) when logging in if the institution does not have push notifications enabled in the provisioning profile, and haven't configured the system for push notifications. Is there a way to configure the app to allow deny and not prompt the user?
