EAP: Get "No Matching Buffer Found For Level" Error When Trying To Open Voucher (Doc ID 2072155.1)

Symptoms

When trying to open an existing voucher the following message occurs:

"No matching buffer found for level (15,26)" .

STEPS:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update >  Regular Entry
2. Try to display an existing voucher
3. Above error message appears
