LG Status is not Appearing Correctly on Maintain Learner Group Page.

The Learner Group status is not matching with actual status value just saved or updated

The Status on the search page and Actual status should match


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Learning Learner Groups Maintain Learner Groups
2. Select any Active LG and open
3. Change the status to inactive, save
4. Go back to search page and see the just saved LG still shows Active where as if you open it, it has a status of Inactive
