Error (15,49) Invalid Drop Down List in Page Definition when Requesting an Ad Hoc Salary Change or Employee Transfer (Doc ID 2072237.1)

Symptoms

After applying Bug 21532941, when Requesting an Ad Hoc Salary Change the following error appears at the load of the page:

Invalid Drop Down List in page definition. HR_MSS_CT_PG1_FL.Change Status

Drop Down List may only be used to represent fields that use translate values or prompt tables. If it uses a prompt table, make sure the prompt field is valid. Use the Application Designer to correct this error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to FLUID Home Page
2. Go to My Team
3. For any Employee: Select Compensation Action > Request Ad Hoc Salary Change
4. Above error appears

This also happens when attempting an Employee Transfer.
