When Referrer Confirm his/her Status as a Referrer for an Applicant, a Message is Displayed that Referral is Already Confirmed. (Doc ID 2072393.1)

Symptoms

When Referrer tries to confirm his status as a referrer for an applicant, system shows a message that referral is already confirmed.

Also, system does not default the referral’s name and email address when the applicant applies for the JO referred by the employee.

Scenario 1
Applicant applies for a JO and provides Employee name and email address
Applicant Submits the referred JO
Employee receives email with key and password to confirm the referral

Scenario 2
Employee Refers Applicant
Applicant logs in with New User ID and applicant name shown in the applicant page (APP1)
Applicant Submits the referred JO (by clicking JO link in my activities)
Employee does not receive email with key and password. He need not confirm the referral

Scenario 3
Applicant logs in with OLDUSER2
Employee Refers Applicant
Applicant logs in with his Existing User ID
Applicant submits the referred JO (ie., navigating to My Activities and click the JO link and apply for the JO)
Employee does not receive email with key and password. He need not confirm the referral.
