Why Does Self Service Workflow Configuration Page contain Duplicate Rows ? (Doc ID 2072474.1)

Goal

After applying PUM 11 and Tax Update 15b patches we noted that Workflow Configuration has duplicated Workflow Configurations for:
Change Full/Part Time Status
Change Full/PT Status
Training Enrollment
Training Enrollment by Manager
Transfer
Transfer Employee

PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM PeopleBook explains that those 14 rows are the configurable transactions (under "Understanding Rules for Self-Service Transactions" header), but the screenshot under "Workflow Configuration Page" header shows more than 14 rows with duplicate rows (names are different but it looks like they are for the same transaction, such as "Change Full/PT Status" and "Change Full/Part Time Status").

Why are there duplicate rows at navigation : Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Self Service > Workflow Configurations ?
