Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, PT 8.54, Chartfields

Application Engine process UPG_CFCONFIG failed with SQL object %s not defined (108,520)
The customer is upgrading Peoplesoft FIN application from 9.1 to 9.2 PI 11. During this process the step "Running the Configuration by Project Process" failed with below error,

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go through change assistance to get to the step in upgrade 'Running the Configuration by Project Process'
2. Per the upgrade step, need to run the program UPG_CFCONFIG.
3. Process will end in error, review log file.
