13^th month’s arrear calculations are not happening correctly for multi-contract employees.
The accumulators used should be based on employee record and not only payee.

Run the payroll for January, Feb and December and validate that 13^th month arrears are generated in Jan, Feb and December and total of all 13^th month arrears is paid as 13^th month salary in December.
This scenario needs to be tested for both multi-contract employee and single- contract employee.
