On : PeopleSoft Data Migration Workbench

When attempting to import from file a Data Migration export, for example a Payroll WorkCenter USA (and Canada),
an error similar to the following occurs.

ERROR

Could not open project file /home/hrsan/custhome/ADS19231248/ADS19231248.xml

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1 – Main Menu > PeopleTools > Lifecycle Tools > Migrate Data > Data Migration WorkBench
Step 2 – Click Load Project From File
Step 3 - Select ADS19231248
Step 4 - Click Load
Step 5 – Click “Submit for Copy”
Step 6 – Click Run
Step 7 – Clicked Ok – Clicked Process Monitor
Step 8 – Click Details
Step 9 - Click Message Log
