IOS Campus Mobile Not Authorizing, But Authenticating (Doc ID 2074927.1)

iOS Campus Mobile not authorizing, but authenticating

These issues have come up before and have been able to resolve them.  Using the same .maa which works fine for android and a clean .maa. Both the clean .maa and the .maa used to deploy andr0iod are exhibiting the same behavior. After checking the connections.xml file is pointing to the correct hostname and verifying that all the required web service operations are active and permissions are assigned, the issue persists.

After signing in there are no "To Dos" or other notification types presented. When clicking on the icon to go to the springboard, only 3 options are available: What's happening, about, and logout.

Fatal: Undefined error.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After logging in to the CM V.5 on iOS, an error occurs
2. Shows no To Dos, etc.
3. If you go to the menu you get the 3 options of What's happening, about, and logout.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot test and ultimately deploy to iTunes nor Google Play for student consumption.
