Issue :
======
Error "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details" when saving Search name in User Preferences Staffing


Steps :
======
1-Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > User Preferences > Define User Preference
2-Click search
3-choose Staffing -General Preferences
4-In group box (Staffing Searches) :
  a) Add a New Row by Selecting Search Type & Select Save Search Name Prompt
  Result :Not getting any error

  b) Add Staffing Searches by selecting Save Search Type without Saved Search Name and Save
  Then on On Edit Mode (go out of page and sign in again) Try to Select Save
  Search Type prompt and getting SQL Error

Actual Result:Error message
  A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
