Symptoms

Error while processing hire through Template Base Hire.

 ERROR

 Invalid parameter 2 for function CreateRowset. (2,116) PERSONAL_DATA.GBL.PostBuild PCPC: 2519 Statement: 36
 Error Loading Component Processor {HCR_PERSONAL_DATA_SRV} {91,24}

 STEPS

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1. Template Creation - Go To Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Workforce Administration > Template Based Hire > Template Creation
 2. Add a new Template - Taleo Upload. Fill all the details in Template Creation, Configuration, Pages, Sections and Person Rules by referring the GSC_Replication_Document.docx.
 3. Go to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Template Based Hire > Template Based Hire
 4. Select the template, fill all the employee information details and click Save and Submit.
 5. Go to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Manage Hire
 6. Select our newly created Person name. It will be error outed with Error occurred while saving the data.
 7. At the same place customer facing with different error -
  Invalid parameter 2 for function CreateRowset. (2,116) PERSONAL_DATA.GBL.PostBuild PCPC: 2519 Statement: 36
  Error Loading Component Processor {HCR_PERSONAL_DATA_SRV} {91,24}
