In the Direct Line Reports Pagelet, the icon next to the Headcount Analytics hyperlink does not open the expected pages when clicked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Main Menu > Manager Dashboard
2. Locate the Direct Line Reports Pagelet
3. Locate the Headcount Analytics Hyperlink
4. Click the Icon Next to Headcount Analytics Hyperlink
5. No Action or Activity Occurs
