Wrong End Date in Update Contracts when Using Replace Contract BEL (Doc ID 2076319.1)

Symptoms

When replacing an EMPLID on an existing contract with no end date and giving an Effective Date for the new EMPLID, the first EMPLID contract end date fills in with the current date and not the correct end date in respect to the Effective Date given for the new EMPLID.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Contract Administration > Update contracts > Contract Type/Clauses
2. Enter Contract End Date
3. Replace with another EMPLID effective the same as the end date
