Deny Button Still Available Even After Requesting More Information From Supplier. (Doc ID 2076324.1)

Issue when we 'Request More Information' from a supplier. When this option is selected, the 'Deny' button is still available, when no options should appear on the page. This will cause confusion for the end user. Also, It appears that if you click 'Deny' and then 'Cancel' the popup window, the supplier stills receives the denial email notification, even though they were not actually denied.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Register a new supplier
2. Submit it for approval.
3. As an approver press on "request more information"
4. Notice that the Deny button still there however it shouldn't.
