EAP: Performance Issue on Payment Inquiry Page Out of Memory (Doc ID 2076446.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE
On the Payment Inquiry page (PYMNT_INQ_SEARCH), the user receives an Out of Memory error on the application server and is kicked out of the application.  The user searches using a range of Suppliers by entering the From and To for Supplier Name, Bank SetID and Remit SetID.   This issue occurred after upgrading to FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 7.

ERROR
Out of memory.  (User is kicked out of the application.)

STEPS
1) Navigate to Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Payments > Payment
2) Enter in From and To for Supplier Name, Bank SetID and Remit SetID
3) Click on Search
