Requisition Shipping Line shows Custom Fields for Shipping Line 2 but not for Shipping Line 1 (Doc ID 2076560.1)

Symptoms

Requisition Line Shipping Line discrepancy -Different fields for shipping line 1 and shipping line 2 for the same requisition line

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

 
1)-Purchasing Installation Options-Enter Custom Fields is enabled
2)-Role Actions –Custom Field is Enabled
3)-Navigate to eProcurement > Requisition > Add a Special Request Item
4)-Add to Cart
5)-Add a Schedule or Shipping Line
 compare the above highlighted fields . Both the schedules or Shipping lines have same amount of fields.
6)-Lets Navigate to Purchasing Installation Option and Disable the ,”Enter Custom Fields” . Save the Page
7)-Lets create a Special Request Requisition and add items
8)-Checkout
9)-Lets add a Schedule or Shipping Line
Lets compare the 2 fields . The fields are not same on these 2 lines. Custom Fields is an extra field only on shipping line 2 and not on shipping line 1.
