EAM: Depreciation Calculation - AMDPCALC Division By Zero Error For Straight Line Percent Method (Doc ID 2076591.1)

Symptoms

When running the Depreciation Calculation process for an Adjustment with cost after previously processing an Adjustment to zero cost, on a Book that uses the Straight Line Percent Method, AMDPCALC SQR fails with the following error.
Calculate Depreciation - 9.1
Program Started at 10-JUN-2015_07:25:42.000000_PM
PROCESS AMDPCALC_RQST
Error on line 1151: (SQR 4029) Attempting division by zero in expression.
SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Set up a Profile with
        CORP Book: FM / Straight Line %, 10% / 120
        FEDERAL Book: FM / Straight Line / 120
2) Add Asset with Dates 01 January 2015, using the new Profile.
3) Run Depreciation -- no error.
4) Adjust Cost to zero with Dates 01 February 2015.
5) Run Depreciation -- no error.
6) Adjust Cost back to the original amount with Dates 10 June 2015.
7) Run Depreciation for the FEDERAL Book only (Straight Line) -- no error.
8) Run Depreciation for the CORP Book only (Straight Line %) -- AMDPCALC crashes.
