'Annual Rate is greater than the maximum specified in the Salary Grade Table' Warning When Requesting GSS Ad Hoc Salary Change (Doc ID 2077729.1)

Symptoms

When using FLUID Guided Self Service to Request an Ad Hoc Salary change we are receiving the warning message below even though the Employee's Salary is below the Maximum as defined for their Salary Plan and Grade.

"Annual Rate is greater than the maximum specified in the Salary Grade Table.
A maximum annual rate is specified in the Salary Grade Table, and the annual rate calculated for the salary change entered is above that maximum.
If the annual rate is correct, leave as is. Otherwise, enter the correct salary change."


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Request Ad Hoc Salary Change
2. Increased by 1%
3. Submit request
