When Employee who has Multiple Employee Records in HCM Pulls the Details via 360 in CRM, Error Occurs: "Confidential Data, Access Secured".

There are employee who has multiple Empl rcd in the HCM and when trying to pull the details via 360 in CRM we are getting an error as "Secured Benefit Access"
This occurs due to EMPL_RCD and BENFIT RCD_NBR not being in sync.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add employee with 2 empl_rcd in HCM
2. Terminate Empl_Rcd Employee
3. Check 360 degree view in CRM
