TL Approved Payable Time Reset To Needs Approval After Timesheet Changes Submitted And Timeadmin Run (Doc ID 2078589.1)

We have 2 levels of approvers for Payable Time; a time approver (level 1) approved overtime hours in payable time for an employee. For the same employee during the same period, another user entered reported time as overtime for a different day on the employee's timesheet. After running timeadmin, the previously-approved payable time was reset to Needs Approval. Shouldn't these approved payable time transactions only be changed if the reported time for that day changed?
