Qn1:We are implementing DSN for the French client , In DSN report we require date of accident of employee or date on which the disease is first diagnosed . This field must be related to Absence event entry page. Please let us know where does these dates get captured and in which table these values are stored.
Where Does the Date of accident or date of disease diagnosed is stored in Peoplesoft 9.2?
Qn2:1. How S21.G00.60.012 which capture accident will be populated ?
2. With Cancel and Replace DSN we have to send the cancel Work Stoppage or we can send all cancel workstoppage details for a month with a normal monthly DSN.
Regarding DSN document> Could you please provide any help book or documentation on DSN for peoplesoft 9.2.
Qn3:Could you please help us with the following scenarios:-
Employee A applied for leave from 5th of March this event is reported with substitution start date 5th of march , instead of taking leave on 5th of march , he modified the leave plan and took it on 10th of march , this event Is again reported with substitution start date as 10th of march.
We have given 2 work stoppage event with 2 substitution dates. At the time of monthly DSN , can we send a cancellation code for 5th and a new work stoppage from 10th .
For Monthly DSN we don’t have substitution date field ,could you please clarify if just the start and end date of work stoppage will be enough in monthly DSN to cancel the substitution too?
Employee B took leave from 10th January to 15th feb and from 16th feb to 10th march . How this should be reported in form of Work stoppage event and in Monthly DSN ?
Prefered solution :- We check for the past continuation date , we don’t report it as work stoppage for 16th feb and no work resumption on 15th feb.
Thus we will not have 2 work stoppage and only one starting from 10th jan to 10th march.
