Doing an item search while creating a requisition, the SES search is not returning all active items (Doc ID 2079408.1)

Symptoms

Under eProcurement->Requisitions->Catalog not all active items can be retrieved. We have verified that the items are in the tree but they do not appear in the SES search results. We have made sure that the three ePRO SES indexes have been built EP_PV_EXPRESSITEMS_SD (eProcurement Express Items) EP_PV_MASTERITEMVENDOR_SD (eProcurement Items with Suppliers) EP_PV_MASTERITEM_SD (eProcurement Items without Suppliers)
