Message Text not Being Carried to Description and Case Notes of the Case Created

Replication Steps:

1. Send an Inbound mail from Outlook.

2. Create a Case from this Inbound mail.

3. Issue now is Message Text that should have been carried to the Description of the Case as well as to the Case Notes is missing.
