Symptoms
When attempting to open an Expiring License/ Certificate alert, the following error occurs.
ERROR
GetField: Field 'JPM_DIS_ITM_ERK.EMPLID' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155)
UX_ALERTS_PLT.GBL.DERIVED_UX_USER.DESC200.FieldChange PCPC: 3767 Statement:70
The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that
specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name.
Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and page definition and correct as appropriate.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prerequisite: have a direct report whose license is close to the expiration date
1. As a Manager - Navigation: Main Menu > Manager Dashboard
2. Locate Alerts Pagelet
3. Click "View All"
4. Click on Alert Message Detail Hyperlink ("License/Certificate Expires on [date] for [employee name] )
