When attempting to add a photo to an employee who entered the country prior to the issue date of the Visa, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

2. Choose an employee an open the component
3. In Workforce Administration, Personal Information, Citizenship, Identification Data: Visa/Permit Data page enter the information with "Date of Entry into Country" before "Issue Date"
4. Click the Save button.
5. The following Warning is issued: "Warning -- Date of Entry cannot be before Issue Date. (1060,19). Date of Entry into country is before Issue Date. Entry Date should be later than or equal to Issue Date.”. As this is just a warning, the data can be saved
6. In Workforce Administration, Personal Information, Citizenship, Identification Data go to page Employee Photo.
7. Upload a photo
8. Click on Save
9. Same message (1060, 19) is displayed, but this time it is no longer a warning, but an error, therefore it does not allow saving the data.
