EEX 9.2: Error Message Occurs When Creating New Time Report Containing Special Settings Via Mobile Applications If Project Costing Not Installed (Doc ID 2080529.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

Using Mobile Applications (Fluid User Interface), the system throws an Error Message when trying to create a brand new Time Report transaction.

REPLICATION STEPS:

     - Log into the FSCM Online Application as User ID VP1
     - Navigate to: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > Products
     - Make sure the below listed modules have been un-checked:
          - Project Costing
          - Program Management
          - Grants
          - Proposal Management
          - Maintenance Management
     - Navigate to: Home > Employee Self-Service > mobile Applications
     - Click on the Time Entry icon
     - Select a date, and click on the ADD button
     - The system throws an Error Message

ERROR MESSAGE:

     " Field does not exist -- SP_BU_PC_NONVW.BUSINESS_UNIT_PC.
       Field does not exist -- SP_BU_PC_NONVW.BUSINESS_UNIT_PC. (2,104)

BUSINESS IMPACT:

The Expenses Users are unable to create new Time Reports using the Mobile Applications (Fluid Interface).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Expenses Users should be enabled to properly create new Time Entry transactions when using Mobile Applications (Fluid User Interface), regardless of what Products have been installed in the FSCM Environment, and what Project Costing ChartFields privileges they have.
