ESFO 9.2: Unable To Search For Candidates In The State Of Oregon State Because Of Keyword OR (Doc ID 2082115.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Search for candidates in the state of Oregon State because of keyword OR, in People Search  

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Staffing > Search > People Search
2. Go to Other Search Criteria tab
3. Try searching with keyword OR or 'OR' (in single quotes ) or ''OR'' (in double quotes) or OR* (with wild card character) in field State, to search the applicants from State Oregon.

Actual Result:

When searching with keyword 'OR' (in single quotes) or  with keyword ''OR'' (in double quotes)  in field State, it returns all the applicants even if Applicant doesn't belongs to state Oregon.

When searching with keyword OR* (with wild card character), it is returning no result.

When searching with keyword OR (without quotation) , following exception is getting triggered:

 Service Exception: Fault Code = SOAP-ENV:Server : Fault String = EQG17059: Oracle Text syntax error for query pass-through. oracle.search.query.internal.SearchException at
 oracle.search.query.internal.Instance.getLocalResult(oracle.search.query.internal.Instance:1836) (262,143)

Expected Result:

When searching with keyword 'OR' (in single quotes) or OR* (with wild card character) in field State as suggested in PeopleBooks, system should return applicants from state Oregon.

When searching with keyword ''OR'' (in double quotes), it should not return any result.

When searching with keyword OR (without quotation) , no result/exception should be return.
