On : 9.2 version, Audit Logging

Jaws is reading field names incorrectly for “search audit logs” page

3rd party software should read what is on the page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to PeopleSoft, turn on accessibility mode
  2. Navigate to: Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Payments > Online Payments > Regular Deposit
  3. For the fields mentioned below,JAWS reads as:
  4. Reading”* Deposit unit = as>Search criteria Value character edit colon deposit underline bu edit
  5. Reading”* Deposit id = as>Search criteria Value character edit colon deposit underline id edit
  6. Reading “Payment Sequence” = as>Search criteria Value character edit colon payment underline Seq underline NUM edit
  7. Reading “Payment ID” as>Search criteria Value character no edit colon edit “field value”
  8. Reading is equal to as>Search criteria Boolean operator 1st line required combo box is “equal to”
