PC_POADJUST Process is Updating the Accounting Date of the 'CRV' rows When Enable Open Period Control Is Turn ON. (Doc ID 2082452.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CRV accounting date is getting updated each time POADJUST is run for some
rows.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CRV accounting date should not get updated each time POADJUST is run for some
rows.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure Enable Open Period Control is turned on In Project Costing
Installation Options
2. The From Feed is turned off for the Purchasing Adjustment section.
3. The PO Reversal Option Chosen as "Act Amount"
4. Make sure the current period is open
.
5. Create PO-1 for Quantity 10 for an item each costing $50. So total PO
amount is $500. Dispatch it.
6. Run PC_PO_TO_PC
7. Create a voucher-1. Copy PO-1 details. Only voucher Quantity 5. Modify the
Unit price as $50.10 from $50.
7. Post the Voucher.
8. Run PC_AP_TO_PC and PC_POADJUST
9. PROJ_RESOURCE table will have COM for $500. ACT of $250.50 and CRV of
$250.50. Accounting date is today's date as PO and voucher has today's
accounting date
.
10. Create PO-2 for Quantity 10 for an item each costing $50. So total PO
amount is $500. Dispatch it.
11. Run PC_PO_TO_PC
12. Create a voucher-2. Copy PO-2 details. Only voucher Quantity 5. Modify
the Unit price as $50.10 from $50.
13. Post the Voucher.
14. Run PC_AP_TO_PC and PC_POADJUST
15. PROJ_RESOURCE table will have COM for $500. ACT of $250.50 and CRV of
$250.50. Accounting date is today's date as PO and voucher has today's
accounting date
.

16. Create a voucher-3. Copy PO-2 details. Only voucher Quantity 5. Leave the
unit price as is. So the total voucher amount is $250
17. Post the Voucher.
18. Run PC_AP_TO_PC and PC_POADJUST
19. PROJ_RESOURCE table will have COM for $500. ACT of $250.50 & $250 and CRV
of $500, accounting date is today's date
.
20. Now close the current period for PC if you are using Project open period
control
21. Run PC_POADJUST
22. This will have the data correct with respect to amounts COM for $500. ACT
of $250.50 & $250 and CRV of $500. But the accounting date of the CRV will be
the next open period what ever that date is.

Each time the period closes and PC_POADJUST is run, the CRV accounting date
keeps moving.
