Deleting denied leave, deduct the balance

Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 PUM 9

1. Enter KUSIK for employee, 8 hrs
2. Approve
3. Leave balance is 72 hrs
4. Enter another 8 hrs for next day , same week, not approved yet
5. Leave balance is 64 hrs
6. Now deny only 1 day leave
7. Balance is restored to 80 hrs. – It should be 72 hrs.
8. Another scenario:
9. Enter leave for 8 hrs – when bal is 80 hrs
10. Now Balance become 72 hrs (leave is not approved or denied yet)
11. Deny the leave
12. It restore the balance to 80 hrs – that is correct
13. Now go to timesheet, delete denied time
14. It deduct 8 hrs from leave balance, leave balance is 72 hrs- its incorrect.
