Requisition Stuck in Sourcing Error When Multiple Effective Dated Rows in Item\Supplier UOM Config (Doc ID 2084045.1)

Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1.Navigate to Define Items > Purchasing Attributes > Item\Supplier> Item
Supplier UOM > Setup UOM price attributes with multiple effective date
(Please note Item is setup with Standard UOM - KG and setup Minimum QTY = 0.4 in UOM price attributes )
2. Now navigate to eprocurement >Requisition > search for the item > results
shows item with latest effective dated price
3. Add item to cart > Checkout > Requisition lines shows item with historic price.
4.Setup with item with Standard Price = 0
And supplier with two line of effective dated UOM price attributes
Line 1 : Effdt -09/01/2015 Minimum Qty = 0.4 Price = 30
Line 2 :Effdt =01/01/2000
Min Qty = 1.0 Price =36
Set one of the UOM price attributes Line 2 as inactive
5.Go to eProcurement > Requisition > search for the item > item shows with current effective dated price > Add 2 qty
6.Checkout > items shows with 2 qty with item price as 30 and total price = 60
7.Save and Submit the requisition

8.Now go to Expedite Requisition > Source req to PO >Process completes successfully
Go to manage Requisition > click on req id
Requisition details page shows source status = error
9. Click error link
Errors out with message = Calculated PO Price is less than the requested price minus the lower percentage of unit price tolerance

Case-2

1.Go to epro > requisition > search for the item > item shows with current effective dated price > Add 2 qty
2.Checkout > items shows with 2 qty with item price as 30 and total price = 60
3.Save and Submit the requisition
4.Now go to Quick source Requisition > Source req to PO >Process completes successfully
5.Click on Stage status link..Same error.
