Worklist Is Not Getting Created For Requester When Requester Also An Approver

Goal
On : 9.2 version, Workflow
Customer is upgrading the PeopleSoft HCM application from 9.0 to 9.2, Worklist is not getting created for requester when requester also an approver as part of user testing.
Execution Steps:
1) Add requester id to approvers user list
2) Login as a requester and create any AWE request
3) Request creates successfully, all the approvers get worklist request in their worklist page except requester. This is an issue.
This functionality is working as expected in HCM 9.0 environment, this is an issue in 9.2 version.
Please check and confirm whether this issue fix released in any HCM 9.2 release or not and confirm the PUM number if it is already released?
