Manager delegated initiate and approve performance document to proxy ( one of the direct reports).
Proxy is able to make changes under “ current document “ for any of the direct reports for manager . Noticed delegation is not restricting an employee’s own perf docs when a manager delegates down to a direct report.

1. Delegator delegated initiate and approve transactions for ePerformance to proxy
2. Proxy accepts the delegation and navigates to Manager Self Service to take action.
3. Under Manager Self Service > Performance management > Performance document >Current Document
4. Proxy can add rating and make changes to his/her own document as he/she is a direct report for the delegator.
