Symptoms

The group action default (which defaults to 100 ) is causing issue when a job opening has more than the number of applicants defined for a job opening.
The “select all” does not automatically select the applicant based on this value defined in group action .
It selects all the applicants and then system given a message to select only the number defined under group action and hence manually the rows have to be unchecked.Rather system should select the number defined in the group action and give a message that only XXX were selected as defined in the group action.

Message

Please limit your selection to XXX row(s) or less. (0,0)
