When there is a subsidiary ownership relationship as follows, the minority interest elimination created by the Equitization processing is being created and eliminated at the same level. Example:
BU 74600 is owned 30% by 04400 and 70% by 02800. Additionally, 04400 is owned 100% by 02800. When the equitization process is run, the minority (30%) equity pick up from 74600 is made to 04400 and the elimination of the pickup
is made to the 044E0 elim bu within the same node on our equitization tree. The equitization process creates the appropriate equity pick up and elimination entries for the various other subsidiary ownership relationships. Consolidation processing is not being run.
