ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tab order is incorrect on Collections Workbench page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Collections Workbench page tab order should follow the American with Disability Act regulation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Peoplesoft, with accessibility mode turned ON.
  2. Navigate to Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Collections Workbench. Multiple issues on the page.
  3. Tabbing order is incorrect. Actual Order – Help Button > Help Button > SetID > Unit > Customer field > Customer field lookup window > “A hidden field” > Level Combo Box.
  4. Expected Order – Help Button > SetID > Unit > Customer field > Customer field lookup window > Level Combo Box.
