Affordable Care Act Total Employee Count (c) for 1094C Is Counting Each Job for Employee with Multiple Jobs (Doc ID 2086757.1)

Employee counts must be included in the Affordable Care Act 1094-C transmittal to the IRS. The total employee count calculated via SQL ACA_1094C_EMCT_GN01U_EMPLCOUNT and the Full-time Employee Count (b) calculated via SQL object ACA_1094C_FTCT_GN01U_FLTMCOUNT count each job not each employee. If an employee has multiple jobs, each job is getting counted separately. For example, if an employee has 2 jobs, the employee is counted twice.

1. Run the 1094-C XML File process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
