CRM: Note Attachment is Getting Added to Case Without Clicking On Apply Note Button Or Save Case Button

In CRM9.2, when a case note attachment gets added to a case, after pressing the Upload button, the attachment is automatically added to the case without the user pressing the Apply Note or Save Case button. This causes any AAF policy configured with a trigger point of type "%after case is saved" to fire and Outbound AAF Notification are sent this way without pressing "Apply Note" or "Save" button.
1. Login to PIA
2. Go to Main Menu > HelpDesk > Search Cases and open a case
3. Go to Notes and add a note
4. Click on “Add an Attachment” hyperlink and upload a file
5. Press Upload
6. Notice how the case was saved and a Outbound AAF Notification was sent without pressing "Apply Note" or "Save" button
