Navigation Frame Not Appearing As Expected After Enabling UAD Desktop

Navigation frame not appearing as expected after enabling UAD Desktop  

After enabling UAD for Chat functionality, Navigation frame is appearing below the logo in all pages (which is not expected) for all the users except for Agents for whom the Multichannel Agent Configuration is done.

1.
Configure MCF and login as super user VP1/VP1 where MCF console is visible.
Notice that when navigating through menu, Navigation Frame is visible above the Logo and Search field. This is the normal behavior and acceptable.

2.
Login as any agents eg :
HHDUSA_MGR / HHDUSA_MGR or HHDUSA_AGT1 / HHDUSA_AGT1 etc…

Notice that when using the navigation, Navigation Frame is now displayed below the Logo and Search field.
This is the issue and unacceptable to customer.
