EAR 9.2: Project Chartfields Wrongly Inherit Lines Set for Inherit Within Unit Even if the Bank Business Unit is Different.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Project Chartfields Wrongly Inherit Lines set for Inherit Within Unit even if the Bank Business Unit is different
When applying direct Journal payment, if you set the bank inheritance to Project -- Inherit within Unit, and assign the bank to a GL BU different than the DepositBU, which means InterUnit lines will be created, the Project ID, as expected, will not inherit, however, the remaining Project CHartfields will.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Project ID does not inherit, as expected, however the remaining project chartfields (PC BU, Activity, Source Type, Category, Subcategory, and ANalysis Type) do

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a deposit under a BU that is different than then GL BU aligned to the bank.
2. Select the Journal Directly box on the Payment tab.
3. Select the apply payment link.
4. Fill in distribution string (include project chartfields) and select the lightning bolt to create accounting entries.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the accounting entry will have a blank Project but will have the other project chartfields populated.
