HR ESP: Error Retrieving The Correct CITY CODE When City Is With Accent (Doc ID 2090563.1)

Symptoms

If there is a city name with accent in database and the value that is used to compare in Component Record Peoplecode (CONTRACT_DATA_ESP.WKF_CNT_TYP_ESP.SaveEdit) is without accent, the field COMPNY_CITY_CD_ESP is not filled with the correct code, this information is blank when printing the contract, and this would be an error.
In case of city with accent when city is two languages, separated by slash, the city specified on the location has no valid value on the XML code valid values related to TDPMUNIC record.
